One-time setup. Billing information stays with your organiser account and is used for ticketing invoices. Registration is free — there is no membership fee.
Your organiser account is already saved. Stripe checks your business and identity and securely collects the bank details for your payouts.
Checking your Stripe verification…
Stripe may ask for your legal business details, tax number, identity document and bank account. Complete these checks in the secure form below, inside TicketBunker. Stripe may open an authentication window when needed. Verification does not take a membership payment or release ticket money.
Your Stripe checks are complete. Check your saved billing details below. TicketBunker will confirm the billing review before paid sales open; you do not need to repeat Stripe verification.
Open the live Stripe account used by SoundBunker. Complete the Connect platform setup, then review the platform responsibilities and any verification requests shown by Stripe.
This setup is for the TicketBunker platform owner. Other organisers do not need to activate a platform. After Stripe confirms access, return here and choose Check verification status.
Download the Android scanner and Mac or Windows check-in hub for organiser testing.

Standard: no TicketBunker speed surcharge. Payout starts automatically after the show, the report and payment reconciliation. Standard bank arrival is normally 2–3 working days from release. The actual bank-arrival date appears when Stripe confirms it.
Optional fast payout: 1% of the instant payout, deducted from your proceeds with your consent, with no TicketBunker markup. Choose it before your event ends; an eligible bank destination is required. Eligible instant payouts typically arrive within 30 minutes of Stripe accepting them, after the same post-show checks.
Available payout options and any outstanding checks appear in your report. The 12-hour report time is separate from bank arrival.
Reserve free passes for each DJ or band. They sign in with their invited email and add names. Each guest receives a normal scannable ticket.
All allocated places are reserved from this ticket type’s capacity, including passes not yet issued. Revoking access releases unused places; issued tickets stay valid.
Alerts at 80%, 95% and full allocation. Increase quantities within your paid band at no extra cost, or pay only the difference to the next band.
Run every door from one shared record on your own Wi-Fi. The laptop hub checks tickets locally and uploads entries when internet is available.
Rehearse your door setup with one laptop and at least two Android phones before using it at an event. Download everything while you have internet.
Test versions: Windows is an unsigned test build. Mac downloads are paused while the replacement completes Apple signing, notarisation and installer checks. Physical device checks are still required. Use a dedicated test event and spare devices; these builds are not cleared for live admissions.

Download Windows hub ↓Download paused · Apple signing in progress
Mac installer unavailableDownload paused · Apple signing in progress
Mac installer unavailableThe previous Mac 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 test packages can be rejected as damaged. Stop using those installers. The Mac download will return after Apple signing, notarisation and downloaded-app checks pass.
iPhone / iPad: the hub-compatible update is not available in TestFlight or the App Store yet. Use the Android test APK for this rehearsal; the older iOS scanner cannot pair with this hub.
Use a Windows laptop or Mac as your hub. Install and download the event before travelling to a venue without internet.
Checking desktop app availability…
Use the updated TicketBunker Scanner app on staff phones. The browser scanner needs internet and does not connect to the local hub.
Sign in with this organiser account in the hub and download the selected event. Each laptop keeps its own admission record. Keep using the same hub until you finish and sync the event.
Keep the hub laptop open, plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi. Allow private-network access if the computer asks. Guest Wi-Fi with device isolation blocks scanner connections.
With internet: entries are approved locally, then uploaded automatically. Newly issued tickets appear after the hub refreshes its download.
Without internet: downloaded tickets still work across all paired phones. New sales, refunds and staff changes need internet to reach the hub. Keep that in mind if you continue selling tickets elsewhere.
If the local Wi-Fi connection fails: the affected scanner pauses approvals until it reconnects. This protects against two doors admitting the same ticket.
When doors close: reconnect internet, choose Finish event and release tickets in the hub, and wait for all saved entries to upload. Reports show pending sync until the hub is finished.
Invite staff after publishing an event. Every successful scan is linked to an authorised crew member.
Open the scanner on your phone and sign in with your organiser account or an invited crew email. Allow camera access and keep an internet connection for live ticket checks.
Open mobile scanner →iPhone: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. Android: Chrome → menu → Install app or Add to Home screen.

The browser scanner above requires internet. For a venue with poor signal, use the updated native scanner app with the local hub.
