Windows test build available. Mac installers appear after release checks pass. Offline testing currently uses the Android test scanner; the browser scanner needs internet. New sales and refunds need internet to reach the Hub.

What does it cost?

Choose an event plan for your capacity. Larger events use a deposit plus additional paid-ticket fees. Payment processing and optional extras are separate. See full pricing and the calculator →

When do I get paid?

Your event report runs automatically after the show. Standard bank arrival is normally 2–3 working days from release. Eligible Fast Payout is optional, with the fee shown before you choose. Follow the confirmed payout status in your portal.

What about scanning and poor signal?

Use the web scanner with internet. The early access Hub is available for offline testing: download your event beforehand and connect compatible scanner apps to the same private Wi-Fi. Test the complete setup before using it at an event. App downloads and setup guidance are in your Organiser Portal.

Can I change or postpone an event?

Eligible postponements can be requested up to 48 hours before the event, with the charge shown in your portal. Buyers can keep their booking or request a full refund. Add the new date and repost the linked event when ready.
