Standard event rates
€399 upfront deposit covers the first 2,000 paid tickets, then €0.15 per additional paid ticket. The exact balance is deducted when the organiser is paid out.
All displayed prices include applicable VAT / IVA. No additional VAT / IVA is added to these displayed fees. Stripe payment processing is separate. Large-event activation and tax treatment are confirmed from your billing details before payment.
Plan your large event
This plan is for events with capacity over 2,000. The €399 / £399 deposit covers the first 2,000 paid tickets and is the minimum event fee if fewer sell. Only paid tickets above 2,000 incur the €0.15 / £0.15 additional fee. The deposit is paid once; only the additional balance is deducted from event proceeds at organiser payout. Unscanned paid tickets still count as sales. Unsold, complimentary and fully refunded tickets do not count. Prices include applicable VAT / IVA. Processing costs, refunds and disputes are separate. This estimate does not move money.
Four events. Or eight. One better rate.
Pre-book four events and save 5%, or eight and save 10% on the base listing fees. Pick one capacity band for your series. Higher bands can host smaller events. Large-event sales fees are priced separately. The over-2,000 deposit-plus-additional-sales plan is reserved individually; bundle discounts and codes do not apply to that plan.
